The short version
- Blush is for verified adults. Anything involving a minor is banned outright and reported to the authorities.
- Everyone in content must be 18+, verified and have consented, and can withdraw that consent.
- Adult content is only for people who chose to pay for it. Public areas stay non-explicit.
- No non-consensual, violent, hateful or illegal content, and no in-person sexual services.
- Report anything that breaks these rules to csuite@txtboo.com. We review every report.
1. Our approach
Blush is a platform where verified adult creators share content with adult fans who choose to see it. This policy explains what is and isn't allowed on Blush. It applies to everything on the Service: posts, photos, videos, captions, profiles, messages, mass messages, automated and AI-generated messages, notes sent with tips, and usernames. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Three principles come first: everyone is an adult, everyone consented, and everyone is real.
2. Age, identity and consent
- Zero tolerance for minors. Nobody under 18 may use Blush, appear in content on Blush, or be sexualized in any way. That includes content that is drawn, animated or AI-generated, and role play, costumes, props or language that suggest someone is a minor. We remove this content, close the accounts involved and report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
- Every creator is verified. Creators verify their identity and age with a government photo ID before they can earn. Accounts must be run by the verified person.
- Everyone in content is verified and consented. Anyone who appears in a creator's content must be 18+, have had their age and identity checked, and have given written consent to appearing in it and to it being published on Blush. Creators must keep these records, as set out in the Creator Terms, and we may ask for them or verify people directly.
- Consent can be withdrawn. If someone who appears in content tells us they did not consent, or no longer consent, to it being on Blush, we will take it down while we review the request.
3. Content that is never allowed
You may not post, sell, send or request content that shows, promotes or involves:
- anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18 (see section 2);
- anyone who has not consented or can't consent, including people who are asleep, unconscious, drunk or drugged; hidden-camera or "upskirt" recordings; or intimate images shared without permission ("revenge porn");
- sexual violence, rape, abduction or other non-consensual acts, including simulated or role-played ones;
- incest (including role play), bestiality or necrophilia;
- extreme violence, gore, torture, mutilation, or weapons used in a sexual context;
- excrement or vomit in a sexual context;
- prostitution, escorting, offers of in-person sexual services or meetups, or human trafficking or sexual exploitation of any kind;
- sexual imagery of any real person created or altered without their consent, including deepfakes;
- hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or serious disease;
- terrorism or violent extremism, or threats or incitement of violence;
- self-harm, suicide or eating disorders presented in a way that encourages them;
- the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or other illegal products or services;
- someone else's private information (such as their address, phone number, ID documents or real name when they haven't shared it), or content intended to stalk, threaten or blackmail anyone;
- content you don't have the rights to, including other creators' content (see our Copyright Policy); or
- anything else that is illegal where it was made, or in the United States.
4. Adult content and public areas
Verified creators may share adult content, including nudity and sexual content, as long as it follows this policy. That content must only be available to fans who have chosen to see it, by subscribing, unlocking it or buying it.
Anything that can be seen without paying must not contain nudity or sexually explicit material. That includes profile photos, banners, bios, usernames, free posts, previews, Discovery and search appearances, and media-link landing pages. Blush blurs previews of locked content automatically, but creators are responsible for what they make public.
5. AI-generated and altered content
Blush is for real people. Content that has been significantly altered or generated with AI must not be presented as real. Its caption must say that AI was used. AI-generated or altered content must never depict any real person other than you, or anyone who looks under 18. Creators may not run accounts for AI-generated personas.
6. Behavior that isn't allowed
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, intimidating or demeaning anyone, including fans who don't buy or who unsubscribe.
- Scams and deception: misdescribing paid content, fake giveaways, phishing, impersonation or misleading claims about who someone is.
- Asking for or arranging payments outside Blush for content or services offered on Blush.
- Spam: repetitive or unwanted messages, misleading links, or messages to people who have asked you to stop.
- Manipulation: fake accounts, bots, buying followers, abusing free trials, promotions, rewards or referrals.
- Recording, downloading, leaking or reselling other people's content.
- Getting around a block, ban, country restriction or account limit.
7. Messages, automations and the AI assistant
This policy applies to every message, including mass messages, automated messages and messages sent by the AI assistant. Creators are responsible for messages sent from their account. AI messages are labelled as coming from an AI assistant and must never be presented as written personally by the creator. If the AI assistant flags that a fan may be under 18, it stops selling to that fan, and the creator and our safety team are alerted to review the conversation.
8. How we enforce this policy
We use a combination of automated tools, human review and user reports to find content and behavior that break this policy. We may review content before or after it is published. Depending on how serious a violation is, and whether it has happened before, we may:
- remove or restrict the content, or ask the creator to change it;
- give a warning, or limit features such as messaging, mass messages or AI tools;
- suspend or permanently close the account, and block the person from making new accounts;
- hold or withhold earnings as described in the Creator Terms; and
- report the matter to law enforcement or NCMEC, and keep information needed for an investigation.
Content involving minors, non-consensual content and trafficking always leads to permanent removal of the account.
9. Reporting content and appeals
How to report
Email csuite@txtboo.com. Start the subject line with "Report", or with "URGENT — minor / non-consent" if the report is about someone under 18 or someone who didn't consent. Please include:
- the link to the content, profile or creator (or their username);
- what the problem is, and which part of this policy you think it breaks; and
- your contact details, if you're happy for us to follow up.
You don't need a Blush account to report. If you appear in content on Blush without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. We will not share your identity with the person you reported without your permission, unless the law requires it. For copyright complaints, use the process in our Copyright & Takedown Policy.
What happens next
- We review every report and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
- Reports about minors, non-consensual content or trafficking are handled first. We remove reported content while we investigate if it may involve a minor or someone who didn't consent.
- If you gave us your contact details, we'll tell you what we decided.
Appeals
If we removed your content or restricted your account and you think we got it wrong, email csuite@txtboo.com with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days of our decision. Explain why you think the decision should change. Where we can, a different person from the original reviewer will look at the appeal. We'll tell you the outcome. If someone appealing asks us to restore content that a person depicted in it says they didn't consent to, the content stays down unless that consent issue is resolved.
