BLUSHBLUSH

The short version

  • Every creator is a verified adult. You verify your identity with a government ID before you can earn.
  • You keep 80% of what fans pay you (85% as a Blush Partner). Our fee covers hosting, payments and support.
  • Everyone in your content must be 18+, verified and have consented. You keep the paperwork.
  • Earnings build up in your balance and are paid out through our payout partner once payouts launch.
  • Pro is $20 a month, taken from your earnings first. Referrals earn you 3% of a referred creator's sales, paid out of our fee.
  • Fan information you see in your dashboard is only for running your Blush page.

This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what count.

1. About these Creator Terms

These Creator Terms apply if you apply to become, or are, a creator on Blush. They add to our Terms of Service, Content Policy and Copyright Policy. Words defined in the Terms of Service mean the same here. If these Creator Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a creator matter, these Creator Terms apply.

By submitting a creator application, or by earning money on Blush, you agree to these Creator Terms.

2. Becoming a creator

To become a creator you must be at least 18 years old (and the age of majority where you live) and pass our verification. When you apply, we ask for:

Our verification team reviews each application. We decide whether to approve an application, and we may refuse one without giving a reason where the law allows. You must keep your verified details up to date. We may ask you to verify again at any time, for example if your details change, if we see unusual activity, or if our payment partners or the law require it. We may restrict your account until you do.

Your creator account must be run by you, the verified person. You can get help managing your page, but you are responsible for everything done on your account. You must not let anyone else post as you, and you must not pretend to be someone else or use another person's identity documents.

3. Your content

You are responsible for everything you post, sell or send on Blush, including messages sent by tools you turn on, such as automations and the AI assistant. For all of your content, you promise that:

Content shown to people who haven't paid, such as your profile photo, banner, bio, free posts, previews and Discovery appearances, must not contain nudity or sexually explicit material.

4. Other people in your content

If anyone other than you appears in your content, you must, before publishing it:

We may also require any person who appears in your content to verify their own identity with us directly. We may remove content, or restrict your account, until we receive the records we have asked for. If someone who appears in your content withdraws consent or reports it, we may remove the content while we review it.

5. Prices, promotions and fan purchases

You set your subscription price, your pay-per-view prices and any bundles, discounts or trials, within the limits shown in your dashboard. When you create a promotion, free-trial link, bundle, "stay & save" offer or abandoned-checkout offer, you agree that fans can redeem it on the terms shown to them, and that your earnings will be based on the discounted price fans actually pay.

Fans' subscriptions renew at the price that applied when they subscribed, as described in our Terms of Service. If you change your price, it applies to new subscriptions and to fans who subscribe again after their subscription ended.

You must not ask fans to pay you outside Blush for content or services offered on Blush, and you must not use Blush to promote paid services on other platforms in a way that gets around our fees.

6. Our fees

We charge a platform fee on every sale you make, including subscriptions, renewals, pay-per-view posts and messages, tips, paid media links and your share of Sisterhood offers. The fee is a percentage of what the fan pays and is taken before the money reaches your balance.

Blush Partner status is by invitation. We grant it, and may remove it, at our discretion. Your current fee is always shown in your dashboard. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before raising our fees, and the new fee will only apply to sales made after it takes effect.

Fees and Pro charges collected while Blush is in test mode are simulated and have no value.

7. Earnings and payouts

8. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings. Before you can be paid, we or our payout partner may ask for tax information, such as IRS Form W-9 for U.S. creators or Form W-8BEN for others, and we may issue tax forms (such as Form 1099) where the law requires it. We may withhold amounts from payouts where the law requires us to. Where we have to collect sales tax or VAT on sales, it is added on top of your price and isn't part of your earnings.

9. Blush Pro

Blush Pro is an optional monthly subscription for creators. It unlocks AI Chatting, Inspiration Reels and the ability to create Sisterhoods. Pro currently costs $20 per month.

10. Referral program

11. Sisterhood

A Sisterhood is a group of creators who promote each other. Creating a Sisterhood requires Pro. Joining one is free, and you can leave at any time. By joining a Sisterhood, you allow Blush to show your content to your sisters' fans as limited-time "Sister offers" at the discount shown in Sisterhood. This includes blurred previews and the price, shown in their chats or on their page.

Money from a Sister offer is split 50/50 between the creator whose fan bought it and the creator whose content was sold. Each half is subject to that creator's own platform fee.

12. AI Chatting and automation tools

13. Fan information

To help you run your page, your dashboard shows information about your fans. This includes their spending with you, subscription status, activity, approximate country, interests and VIP level, as well as notes you or the AI assistant add. You may use this information only to provide your Blush content and services to those fans, on Blush. You must not:

You must handle fan information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

14. Your relationship with Blush

You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of TXTBOO LLC. You decide what content to make and when. We don't pay you a salary or reimburse your expenses, and you are responsible for your own equipment, costs and business.

15. Leaving Blush, or suspension

You can stop being a creator at any time by emailing csuite@txtboo.com. When your creator account closes, fans' subscriptions to you stop renewing, and we may refund fans for any unused prepaid period.

We may suspend or end your creator account, withhold payouts or remove content as described in the Terms of Service, including if you break these Creator Terms or our Content Policy, fail verification, or if our payment partners require it. After your account closes, we'll pay out your remaining balance, minus any amounts we're entitled to hold or deduct under section 7. We may keep earnings tied to serious violations, such as content involving minors, non-consensual content or fraud, where the law allows us to.
