The short version
- We collect what we need to run Blush: your account, what you post and buy, your activity, and, for creators, identity verification.
- Creators can see how their own fans interact with them, such as spending, activity and approximate country, so they can run their page.
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Service providers help us run Blush, such as hosting, database and AI. They only use your data to provide that service to us.
- You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data by emailing csuite@txtboo.com.
1. Who we are
Blush is operated by TXTBOO LLC, 5504 Upshur Sq, Frederick, MD 21703, United States ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you use the Blush website, apps and related services (the "Service"), and the choices and rights you have. We are the "controller" (or "business") responsible for your personal information. For questions, email csuite@txtboo.com.
2. Information we collect
| Information | What it includes | Where it comes from |

| Purchases and wallet | What you bought or subscribed to, from which creator, when and for how much; tips; wallet top-ups and balance; renewals; promotions you used; and reasons you give when cancelling. Sensitive information
Some of this information is considered sensitive under certain privacy laws:
- government ID images and dates of birth, which we collect from creators for verification; and
- information about the adult content you subscribe to or buy, and the interests we infer from it, which could reveal information about your sex life or sexual preferences.
We process sensitive information only as strictly needed to provide the features you use, to verify creators and to keep Blush safe. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the Service: create and run your account, show content you're entitled to see, deliver messages, process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, wallet top-ups, creator earnings and referral bonuses, and provide support.
- To personalize Blush: recommend creators and posts in Discovery based on your activity and interests, and match creators for Sisterhood.
- To power creator tools: show creators information about their own fans (see section 4), smart lists, statistics, automations, scheduled messages and promotions.
- To provide AI features: when a creator turns on AI tools, generate AI replies, extract chat notes, suggest captions and list rules, and summarize statistics (see section 6).
- To keep Blush safe and lawful: verify creators' age and identity, enforce our Content Policy, detect fraud and abuse, enforce country blocks set by creators, respond to reports and legal requests, and meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
- To communicate with you: send notifications in the app, service and security emails, and replies to your requests. We don't send marketing emails without your permission.
- To improve Blush: fix bugs and understand which features work, using information inside our own systems.
4. What other users can see
- Everyone can see your username, display name, profile photo, banner and bio. For creators, they can also see public posts and prices.
- Creators you interact with can see your messages to them and the following, for your activity with that creator only: how much you've spent with them, what you've bought or tipped, your subscription status and renewal dates, when you were last active, whether you're online, your approximate country, your VIP level, and interest tags based on your activity on Blush. They can also see any notes and lists they or their AI assistant keep about you. Creators never see your email address, payment details or legal name.
- Fans can see what creators publish to them. Creators' legal names and ID documents are never shown to fans.
Our Creator Terms only allow creators to use fan information to run their Blush page.
5. Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract:
- Supabase (database, authentication and file storage);
- Vercel (website hosting, which is also how we detect your country);
- Anthropic (AI features);
- our payment processor and payout partner, once payments launch;
- an identity-verification provider, if we use one; and
- professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
- Sign-in providers. If you choose to sign in with Google or X, those companies know you've used their sign-in on Blush.
- Content delivery. When pages load, fonts are fetched from Google Fonts and some code is fetched from the jsDelivr network. These services receive your IP address and browser information.
- Other users, as described in section 4.
- Safety and legal. Law enforcement, regulators or courts, when the law requires it or when we believe in good faith it's needed to protect someone's safety or rights. We also report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Business transfers. A buyer or successor if Blush is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Your information would stay protected by this policy or one at least as protective.
6. AI features
When a creator turns on AI features, the relevant information is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. That can include the recent chat between the creator and a fan, the creator's AI settings and notes about the fan. For captions and statistics, it can include the creator's own content descriptions and aggregated sales data. AI-written messages to fans are always labelled as coming from an AI assistant.
The AI assistant also checks chats for signs that someone may be under 18. If it finds any, it stops selling to that person and alerts the creator and our safety team. An AI flag never closes or restricts an account on its own. A person on our safety team reviews it first. Creators can turn AI off for any fan.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Blush stores small amounts of information in your browser's local storage, which is strictly necessary to run the Service. It keeps you signed in, remembers settings and choices such as a referral code you arrived with, and avoids repeating the country check on every page. If you clear your browser storage, you'll be signed out. The content delivery services mentioned in section 5 may set or read their own technical data when they deliver files.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information in that way in any case.
8. How long we keep information
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Account, profile, content and messages | While your account is open. When your account closes, we delete them within 30 days, except as set out below. |
| Purchase, earnings and payout records | 7 years, for tax and accounting. |
| Creator verification records (ID, selfie, date of birth) | While the creator account is open, then up to 7 years after it closes, to meet legal, payment-partner and safety obligations. |
| Reports, safety and enforcement records | As long as needed to protect users, handle appeals and meet legal obligations, including legal preservation requirements. |
| Backups | Overwritten on a rolling basis, usually within 30 days. |
9. How we protect information
All traffic to Blush is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to data is restricted with row-level security, so each person can only reach what they're entitled to see. Paid media is served through short-lived, signed links. ID documents are kept in private storage that only our verification team can access. No system is perfectly secure, though. If a security incident affects your personal information, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws (such as Maryland, Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut), and the EU, UK and similar places, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy in a portable format;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We don't do these things;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information. We already only use it as needed to provide the Service;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
- object to or restrict certain processing (EU/UK).
To make a request, email csuite@txtboo.com from the email address on your account, or tell us which account it's about. We'll verify your identity before acting on a request, and respond within the time the law requires (usually 30 to 45 days). You can use an authorized agent; we'll ask for proof they are allowed to act for you. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state Attorney General or your local data protection authority.
You can also edit your profile, delete your posts and turn off auto-renew in the app at any time.
11. Visitors from outside the United States
Blush is run from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the U.S. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses when transferring personal information from the EU, UK or Switzerland.
If you're in the EU or UK, our legal bases for processing are:
- contract: to provide the Service you signed up for, including accounts, purchases, messaging and creator earnings;
- legitimate interests: to keep Blush safe, prevent fraud, personalize Discovery, provide creator tools and improve the Service, balanced against your rights;
- legal obligation: for example tax records, verification and responding to lawful requests; and
- consent: where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time. We rely on your explicit consent, given when you choose to use the relevant features, for the sensitive information described in section 2.
You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
12. Children
Blush is only for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we close it and delete their information, except where we must keep it to protect them or to report it to the authorities. If you believe a minor is using Blush, email csuite@txtboo.com.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
