This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what count.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Blush is operated by TXTBOO LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("TXTBOO", "Blush", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and us. They apply whenever you visit or use the Blush website, apps and related services (together, the "Service").

These documents also form part of these Terms:

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Blush.

2. Who can use Blush

To use Blush you must:

Blush is for adults only. It may include adult content, including nudity and sexual content, that is only shown to people who choose to follow, subscribe to or buy from a creator. We may ask you to confirm your age or identity at any time, including through a third-party verification provider. We may also limit or block access in places where the law requires it.

3. Your account

4. How Blush works

Fans can follow creators, subscribe to them, buy individual posts and messages, send tips and chat. Creators are verified members who publish content and earn money from it. The Creator Terms apply to them as well.

When you subscribe to a creator or buy their content, you are buying it from that creator. Blush provides the platform, processes the payment and takes our fee out of the creator's share. Creators are independent. They are not our employees, agents or partners. We moderate content under our Content Policy, but we don't produce, endorse or guarantee what creators post.

Creators decide their own prices, what they offer and how often they post. We can't promise that any creator will post a certain amount, reply to messages within a certain time, or stay on Blush.

5. Payments

Prices and how you pay

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Sales tax or VAT may be added where the law requires it. Payments are processed by our payment provider. By adding a payment method, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge it for the purchases you make and for any renewals you have agreed to.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. When you subscribe, you pay the price shown for the plan you choose: one month, or a 3, 6 or 12-month bundle where the creator offers one. At the end of each period your subscription renews for the same length at the plan's regular price, unless you turn off auto-renew first. Any first-period discount doesn't carry over to renewals. While your subscription stays active, a creator's later price change doesn't change your renewal price. If your subscription ends and you subscribe again, the creator's current price applies.

You can turn off auto-renew at any time in Settings → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal can't be paid, your subscription ends.

Other purchases

Pay-per-view posts and messages, tips, paid media links and Sisterhood offers are one-time purchases. You keep access to content you've unlocked for as long as it remains on Blush and your account stays in good standing. If a creator removes content or leaves Blush, or we remove content that breaks our rules, you may lose access to it.

Test mode

While Blush shows a "Test mode" notice, checkouts are simulated. No real money is charged and no real earnings are paid. Anything bought, earned or topped up in test mode has no value and may be deleted.

6. Your Blush wallet

7. Refunds and chargebacks

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except:

We may also give a refund at our discretion. Refunds go back to your original payment method or, if you agree, to your wallet. To ask for a refund, email csuite@txtboo.com from your account email with the details of the charge.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first, because we can usually sort it out faster. While a dispute is open we may restrict your account. We may close accounts that file chargebacks we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent.

8. Rewards and VIP levels

You can earn points by completing Blush challenges. Claimed points become available 7 days after you claim them and count toward VIP levels (Rose, Gold and Diamond). Creators can see your VIP badge. Points and VIP levels have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or credit. We can change or end the rewards program, and remove points earned through fraud, fake accounts or other abuse.

9. Content on Blush

What you can do with content you see

When you can access content on Blush, whether it is free, included in a subscription or bought, you get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view it on Blush for your own non-commercial use. You may not download it (unless the Service gives you a download option), screen-record it, copy it, share it, publish it, sell it, use it to train AI models, or otherwise distribute it. Creators own their content, and sharing it without permission may also infringe their copyright.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example, to resize, compress or create blurred previews and thumbnails), display and distribute your content on and through the Service, according to the audience settings you choose. That license also lets us operate, improve and promote the Service. We will only use paywalled content to show it to people who are entitled to see it. The license ends when you delete the content or your account. The exceptions are copies kept for a limited time in backups, and content we must keep for legal reasons, safety investigations or disputes.

You promise that you own or have all the rights needed for anything you post, and that it complies with these Terms and our Content Policy.

Messages

Messages are private between you and the person you're chatting with. We don't read them as a matter of routine. We may review messages when they are reported, to keep people safe, to investigate fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. Automated systems process messages to deliver the Service, including the AI features described below when a creator turns them on.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. AI features

11. Rules you agree to follow

You agree to follow our Content Policy. You also agree not to:

12. Reporting problems

If you see content or behavior that breaks our rules, or think someone is under 18 or appears in content without consent, report it as explained in our Content Policy. For copyright complaints, use our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

13. Closing your account, and suspension

You can stop using Blush at any time. To close your account, email csuite@txtboo.com from the email address on your account. When your account closes, your subscriptions stop renewing. Periods you have already paid for are not refunded unless the law requires it. Unused wallet credit is lost unless the law where you live says otherwise, so please spend it first.

We may suspend or close your account, limit features, or remove content if:

Where we reasonably can, and the law allows it, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You can appeal a decision by emailing csuite@txtboo.com within 30 days.

Sections 5 to 9 and 13 to 19 continue to apply after your account closes, to the extent they are relevant.

14. Other services

Blush works with services run by other companies, such as Google and X sign-in and our payment and hosting providers, and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

15. Changes to Blush and to these Terms

We are always improving Blush and may add, change or remove features. We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless it has to take effect sooner for legal or safety reasons. If you keep using Blush after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, stop using Blush and close your account.

16. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Blush running well, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We are not responsible for content posted by users or creators, or for how other people behave on or off Blush.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TXTBOO LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Blush in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

Some places don't allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded or limited, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless TXTBOO LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

19. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you have a dispute with us, please email csuite@txtboo.com first and describe the problem. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't, the dispute will be decided exclusively by the state courts located in Frederick County, Maryland, or the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and you and we agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek urgent relief to stop the misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

If you live in a country that gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts, or to the protection of its mandatory consumer laws, nothing in these Terms takes that right away.
